Details: We're currently hiring for a company that is outsourcing the majority of their customer service tasks to their new home-worker program. Each customer service home agent works set hours. They answer calls that are routed through the company's toll-free number to each agent at home. Your phone number is never shared with anyone, calls are automatically routed by the company's computer system.
When you answer a customer call, a script will appear on your computer to provide you with specific information relating to the reason for the customers call. Most customers are placing orders for products advertised on television or in print ads. Some calls come in from customers currently enrolled in the company's auto-ship savings plan. Each call is handled according to directions provided on the company's live web-script system.
Full training is provided. Shifts are available for part-time now, and may turn into full-time after 30 days. Right now there are several shift options available, though the heaviest need is for evening shifts.
Requirements: You must have a home office equipped with a computer with high-speed internet. You must be able to answer incoming calls while connected to the internet. Typing skills must be at least 35wpm. Previous customer service experience preferred.
