Telephone Verifiers

Position Type: Home Based; PT
Details: Telephone verifiers are needed to contact individuals who responded to a survey. Verifier will review information provided by customer survey, follow up with additional questions, and then route the survey to the appropriate department for follow up.
All work is done via telephone calls routed to the verifier from the company's phone system, and utilizes an online web portal.

Requirements: Must have computer with high-speed internet, phone line to accept calls. Should have previous customer service experience.
